Illustration Friday: Asleep
For this weeks topic I used the line from Macbeth,"Sleep that knits up the raveled sleeve of care". I imagined little people in the night taking care of our thoughts, stresses and dreams and directing them to where they ought to go while we lay peacefully unbeknown.
So great. I love it! Wonderful imagery...

ReplyDeleteLove your work. There is so much in it to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteThat is a comforting line from Macbeth. The complex scenarios that the creative mind conjures up during sleep have always fascinated me. Mixed media is the ideal method to represent this. Love how you’ve pulled all the elements together with so much happening in the image while the sleeping figure looks so peaceful.
ReplyDeleteYour little dreamy world is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI'm happy to discover it.
:]
